Driven by better division for better analysis, www.UZRE.uz divided Tashkent into three zones incorporating different levels of convenience and prestige.
Official division into 11 districts cannot be well utilized in analysis, as some part of some districts intersect in the center where infrastructure is relatively more developed, and the rest of the districts lie in relatively less developed location.
Having said that, www.UZRE.uz prefers more reasonable division for the sake of research and analysis as can be seen in the map.
