According to a sample study of 2260 apartments in Tashkent, price levels climbed a bit up in November.
3-room apartments flexed highest increase rate amongst other apartments, 6.42%. Others were less energized by swings, retaining almost September price levels, which required an upward shift of almost a similar magnitude of the fall in October.
1-ROOM APARTMENTS
Average price level of 1-room apartments in Tashkent rose by over 5%. Confidence interval (Lower and Upper limit) of price per sq. m ranged from $499 to $516 (with 95% confidence interval).

2-ROOM APARTMENTS
With no gallop, average price of 2-room apartments in November rose marginally, by a bit over 2%. Yet, price range per sq.m dwindled as compared with October, constituting $491 - $506 (with 95% confidence interval).
