Average prices of apartments in October fell marginally. Yet, the most expensive zone defied the price drop. In fact, 1-4 room apartments in Zone 1 rose unanimously.
Price per sq. m of 1-4 room apartments did not differ considerably. In fact, you would be charged equally regardless of number of rooms of an apartment, which cannot be asserted according to divisional observation.
1-ROOM APARTMENTS
1-room apartments dropped in price by 6.23%, though average price range increased, which can be accounted for by an increased volatility. Price per sq. m in the secondary market of 1-room apartments ranged from $505 to $562 in Tashkent. In Zone 1, the range constituted $642 - $798 with a 95% confidence, exceeding that of Zone 3 by 53%.

As for price per sq. m, 2-room apartments did not look distinct among other types of apartments, having average range between $488 - $539
