After a two-month price raise, an August statement in the housing estate imparts a temporary price bubble that occurred in June and July. 1 to 4 room apartments in Tashkent dropped in price unanimously. The major slash in prices took place in Zone 1, while Zone 3 manifested relatively moderate changes. Since Zone 2 is under the pressure of the conveying of infrastructural development from Zone 1, most unpredictable price changes can be observed in this Zone.
1-ROOM APARTMENTS
1-room apartments were most vulnerable to price decline in Zone 1 which was the mere contributor to the price slash. Meanwhile zone 2 and zone 3 defied price drop.

2-ROOM APARTMENTS
2-room apartments had the highest decline in August. Also the range between lower and upper limit remains almost unchanged as compared to the previous month, which indicates that prices of 2-room apartments are bearing almost unchanged correlation coefficient as compared to July.

4-ROOM APARTMENTS
Besides sailing in the same boat with 1,2 and 3-room apartments, 4-room apartments look distinct in zone 2. Lower and upper limit in zone 2 is higher than in zone 1. Such swapping of prices can be only a temporary case, thus we will more likely be observing compensating effect, that would place zone 2 back to its plate.
