Who will win the World Cup 2010? What are the odds, if any, your team will succeed?
If you are unfamiliar with what is on in South Africa, then for recap, there are 32 teams, and Italy,Germany, Argentine and Brazil will be semi-finalists after a month of matches.
Take it easy). It is not World Cup Shtick 2010 set up in collusion. The four teams are the odds of an independent statistical outlook of mine, not an official statement, so you can scratch it out, if you will. This is truly going to be an honest game to the best of my knowledge.
Since I am not endowed with stunning guesses, yet enticed with coming hot debates on who will win, I took a little bit of statistical approach.
Here is how statistical analysis was run:
A) In the randomized analysis only personally favored of each group (Group A to Group H) were pooled, resulting in 16 teams:
| A | B | C | D |
|---|---|---|---|
| E | F | G | H |
B) The 16 teams were conveyed to random selection, where six possible combination of semi-finalists were run. The mode (the most frequent value of a set of data) of the possible combination then finalized as follows:
- Italy
- Germany
- Argentine
- Brazil
